This is the amazing block penetration effect by Magician Campbell McRae of Scotland. The apparatus comprises of a wooden tube, with large see through holes at both ends, a solid block about 2 in size, and a brass wand. The cube is placed in the tube, visible at all times through the hole. The wand is passed through the cube and tube, locking the cube firmly in the tube. Then with a tap, the cube visibly penetrates off the wand.

There have been similar effects before, but none so clean and convincing. And the best part is that you have almost nothing to do, other than follow the instructions. The effect almost works itself.

At this very moment, the silk is in the magician's hand. Instantaneously, the magician makes the silk vanish with his cane. Afterwards, he removes the tube from the bottle, and every body is amazingly astonished when they see the knot has been fastened to its previous top of the bottle.

The cane is made of aluminum. The bottle is made of metal and the tube is plastic.

Half the milk seems to have magically "evaporated". This is repeated with the other two tumblers until the smallest tumbler is filled with the liquid. The contents of the largest tumbler have diminished magically.

You can also perform this in reverse, with the milk from the smallest tumbler poured into the second largest one until the last drop goes in. Surprisingly the big tumbler is full of milk. Being a miniature version, the amount of water is a small trickle, perhaps ideal to pour on to a spectator's cupped palm, but you can repeat this effect many, many, many times, much more often than you could with the standard Lota Bowl.

The performer opens the bottle and pours out the water. The bottle is inverted completely to show empty. A few seconds later, he inverts the bottle, and the water pours out again. This is repeated over and over, as often as you like. If performing for a small audience, you could magically produce water for every member in your audience!

Performer shows a pot or bowl, which is apparently full of water. All the water is poured out, the bowl being turned completely over and the last drop drained out. The bowl is placed in full view of the audience. A few minutes later the bowl is picked up again, and is once again full of water. Again this is poured out, and the apparently empty bowl placed aside.

A little later it is full once again. This is repeated again, and again and again, as often as you wish. The pot apparently contains an inexhaustible supply of water.
